Sierra View’s apartments range from simple cozy one-bedroom units to spacious two-bedroom, two bath units. Each efficiently designed unit includes ample storage space with generous pantries and closets throughout, plus an outdoor storage room. Individual patios and porches look out on a shady, tree-filled landscape. A fenced campus offers added security. Amenities include a large community room, an open invitation to social and recreational activities held on the campus, and free use of the Wellness Center, which includes an indoor heated pool gym equipment and spa. An emergency call system installed in every bedroom and bath means prompt attention to any urgent need.

• Apartment rent includes water, sewer service and garbage disposal fees. Residents will pay for their own electricity, gas, telephone and cable television where available.
• Appliances furnished and maintained include electric range and oven, refrigerator, heating and cooling equipment.
• Private storage space.
• Off street parking. Covered parking is available for an additional fee

• An applicant must be at least 62 years of age. Any person living with the applicant must be at least 50 years of age.
• Applicants for residency must be reasonably healthy, ambulatory, free from contagious disease and able to take care of themselves. A physical is required prior to occupancy.
