The 59 bed nursing center offers rehabilitation and custodial care. Licensed nurses and certified nurse assistants are on duty 24 hours a day to care for residents' needs and enable them to function at their highest level. The basic services include:

• general nursing care
• dietary services
• housekeeping
• laundry services
• activities program

Rehabilitation services offers short term physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy for individuals to heal, strengthen and gain the ability to return to independent living.

• A variety of activities are planned on a daily basis and include group and individual activities.
• Religious services are planned weekly.
• Residents can receive visits by family and friends and, with physician authorization, can leave the facility for visits and excursions.
• Telephone service is available; charges paid by the resident.
• Resident Trust Fund account for safekeeping your petty cash.
• Beauty and barber services are available at the facility.

Admission:

• Residents are admitted by their attending physician upon completion of the application and admission forms and care is given under the direction of the physician.
• The facility is certified under the Medicare and Medi-Cal programs.
