Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation services offer short term physical, occupational, and speech therapy for individuals to heal, strengthen and gain the ability to return to independent living. Registered licensed therapists are available to screen, access the need, and treat each individual while under a physician’s direction. Residents in our nursing center are provided the needed services and Sierra View Homes bills directly to Medicare or the resident’s private insurance carrier.

Outpatient Therapy

Physical, occupational, and speech therapy may be provided to residents from our Assisted Living, Independent Living, and the local community at large since Sierra View Homes has obtained a license for providing outpatient therapy services and billing for these services. Therapists work with the resident’s physician to attain the highest possible functioning.

Sierra View Homes also provides Restorative Nursing services. After residents complete their therapy with the registered therapists, trained Restorative Nursing Assistants (R.N.A.s) work with the resident to continue the ambulation and range of motion practices.
